Sometimes, even with our best efforts, we may find ourselves struggling. As a psychotherapist, I offer a space where that can change. My goal is to support your mental health journey and help you achieve the most authentic, fulfilling, and happy version of your life.
What I can help you with
I want to acknowledge that you’ve already made a significant step in realising that you need support and actively seeking it. While I view my work as addressing the person and not the problem, here are some reasons you may choose to see me:
You appear to have a good life. Everything is 'fine' but inside you feel unfulfilled or in pain
You want to change something in your life but don't know what or how
You want to feel more balanced and at peace with yourself
The relationships you have (either personal or professional) leave you feeling unfulfilled
Your job is no longer fulfilling, and you're on the verge of burnout (or already there)
You just want to be listened to, without having to take care of everyone else first
Book a free consultation
I believe the fit between therapist and client is important, this is why I offer a free 15-minute online consultation so that you can get a feel of how we might work together. You can ask any questions you might have and get a sense of whether I am the right therapist for you.
About Me and How I Work
I am a clinically trained psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Auckland, New Zealand. I work in a relational way, incorporating attachment theory, mindfulness, and creative therapies. I believe that our past affects our present and since, as children, we developed in relationships with important others, this is also the way we can change.
I see my role as walking alongside you, helping illuminate areas you might not have considered exploring. In our work together, you’ll have a space where the outside noise stops and you can truly hear yourself, without needing to conform to a certain image or fear of being judged.
My practice primarily focuses on long-term psychotherapy. Real change takes time, and I’m committed to that process with you.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was a corporate lawyer. I understand burnout - what it feels like to function with little in the tank. But now, I also know that life can be different. Having a fulfilling career, feeling creative, joyful, and full of energy is actually possible. While tough times will always be part of life, you don’t have to suffer unnecessarily anymore.

Therapeutic Cards
One creative approach I bring into the work is Therapeutic Cards, a tool that uses visual metaphors to facilitate self-exploration and understanding. These cards invite you to access emotions and thoughts that can be difficult to reach through words alone, and by engaging your imagination and intuition, they can open new pathways and foster personal growth.
